·   I Update of appropriate security records for media disk and tape inventory and destruction.

·   I work with the customer to update active and standby onboard firmware updates when required.

·   I Review and coordinate vendor support for all instances that need hardware replacement.

·   I have traveled to other client sites to assist their team on larger projects and startup of their data centers across the country.
